The service is exceptional, especially supported by friendly and cooperative staff like Suraj from Housekeeping and Safaraz, the Floor incharge. The location is excellent, right opposite Juhu beach, making it perfect for beach lovers although it can get crowded and noisy. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor drawbacks.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. My upgraded room, especially Room #116, was lovely with a powerful shower and conveniently located near the gym and spa. The floor layout was my dream, always tidy and clean. However, the actual rooms didn't quite match the online pictures. Nonetheless, our sea-facing room was very comfortable.
